Since Russia has invaded Ukraine, PissedConsumer.com cant stay aside. With this review, we present our teams opinion only - nothing more than that. We as an organization always defend the freedom of speech by providing a platform for consumers to voice their opinions and to talk about any problems they may have with various businesses. Today, we want to give voice to the tragedy of the people of Ukraine and let the world know the truth. A lot of major companies suspended their business in russia not to support the war. However, there are still large international corporations that continue operating and paying taxes in russia. Taxes that are used to finance the army of the aggressor. With this video, we want to show the consequences of such a decision for civilians in Ukraine and ask these companies to stop doing business in russia.

Faulty charging system on new truck

Took truck in for same problem (which is a real inconvenience) 3 times and on the 4th time it finally got a new alternator, so yes problem has been resolved. The problem I have with your warranty program is you dont believe the owner of the truck that when theres a problem it cant or will not be resolved until it completely fails and leaves truck on side of the road or the shop has no time or cant get part to fail especially when its a intermittent problem so paccar should revamp this to resolve this

BuHave brought truck to dealer on multiple times for same problem but the dealer would not fix issue until parts fail and the truck is a21 with under 25000 miles on it so yes Im pissed wasting my time and money to get nothing resolved

In April, I took my 2012 pete 587 to kenworth in Richmond Va. I was told an inframe was needed and was charged $14,000....my truck lasted.5 months and when I call the shop to explain that the same thing happen again, was told by a Peterbilt shop that it was because of poor workmanship) kenworth said it was nothing they can do..Jim Johnson called them and they said and I quote," trying to save face" to replace the parts and labor for $8,000...Peterbilt said the the block was pitted the first time and they are trying to put new parts on a block thats no good....The chances the same thing would happen are greater then the last time and would not last 5 months....STAY AWAY FROM KENWORTH IN RICHMOND VA

User's recommendation: Stay away from a mx13 motor and stay away from Kenworth in Va.

My transmission breakdown in Dallas , TX I go in Kenworth he said I have warranty thats good but now two more than two week he no send it the new transmission yet eaten no give any ETA yet I have to pay Insurance on my truck lees look like they dont care

My name Braddock Wolfson Wolfson of Wolfson freight phone number 302-510-**** Kenworth told us that they were going to pay the hotel bill room from the day we got here till the day we leave and the amount now, $4,851as of today I am trying to leave I do not want to stay here any longer I need to handle this from my home in Prince George's county Maryland we were told that they were going to give us $1,000 gift card and leave them on the desk in the hotel I have not received them I've been advised that until we receive that thousand dollars we have not accepted the truck because the money has has not been paid we have not received a service record the keys are still in the office and we have not touched the truck the truck is parked right in front of a camera it's been sitting there few days so they can look I need that $1000 the money for the hotel room the keys to the truck and the service record and I will depart provided the truck runs... your vendor inland Kenworth in Fontana California was found guilty in two level 3 investigations by Cummins care of compromising my motor my Cummins engine that I bought it had 66000+ mi. miles one and they tore the whole engine down and rebuilt it or something and the diagnostic all it said was I replace injectors and so they're responsible the truck is here the dealership inland Kenworth tow the truck off of the property and they abandoned it in the hotel parking lot I do not have the full service record I do not know if the truck runs or anything will somebody please refund that money immediately and call me back at 302-510-**** starting to get out of hand my name is bradock Wolfson / Wolfson freight no email at this point please

PACCAR did not reach out to us at all. CIT refused our claims even when working with the BBB of Illinois.

Today is their last day for a final response theough the BBB. I had to pay $16000 out of pocket for repairs that our repair shop agree was due to shotty work just 5000 miles prior.

Will not buy PACCAR again and highly advise against anyone using CIT. They are not upstanding business people!

Purchased a used Peterbilt from a dealer who bought from auction. I had wanted a PACCAR engine and would not look at anything else The truck I purchased had less than 1000 miles with a new head. Drove the truck for 4000 miles and the head blew. PACCAR and the shop that did the work (CIT) will not stand behind a warranty and are NOT being truthful about repairs done even though I have a detailed INVOICE of the previous owner. Disappointed and PISSED!

having major problems with the def system and Paccar wont cover warranty. trying to use the excuse of debris in line but I found no evidence of this. had my tank and lines cleaned by Kenworth Thunder Bay Ontario. for a fee over 1400.00$ did one more trip and got stuck out of town with the same problem. reset codes and monitor system and was told everything's ok. got home and lights are on again. now they want to change the pump on the def. will be 900 plus labor. no warranty as they're trying to go back debris in tank.i asked the service manager if this would solve the problem and he said he doesn't know. with downtime and shop fees ive list 15000$ in the last month because of owning a truck with a Paccar. if it keeps going like this I'll be out of business

Have same issues on 2012 Kenworth T700. Did you solve the problem? I'm waiting Monday in Baltimore with stop engine light on.

Had new Def pump put in no problems so far but debris in the tank can be from anything and it seems like the new excuse whenever there's a problem. Best thing is if everyone keeps calling the Kenworth customer satisfaction number when they have problems and maybe things will change. when I asked around in found out the same problem is happening with lots of those Def systems
